Washington Township, N.J. – Ali Bryan will be joining the Immaculate Heart Academy softball coaching staff this Spring. Bryan, former coach and graduate of Midland Park High School, will be serving as a volunteer coach under head softball coach, Anthony LaRezza.
“I’m looking forward to the opportunity of contributing to such an established softball program,” Bryan stated. “While working alongside the experienced coaches and amazing athletes at IHA, I’m anticipating a valuable experience. My hope is to share what I can with an already reputable, accomplished program.”
Bryan brings a wealth of softball experience to Immaculate Heart Academy, including several years of private pitching instruction, high school coaching, and Division I playing experience.
“Ali Bryan is one of toughest competitors and best team players I have ever had play for me! Ali always found a way to get the most out of her abilities and was a key stimulant in the growth of the program here at MASON. I would always have a spot for Ali Bryan on any team I played or coached” says Head Coach Joe Verbanic of George Mason.
In her playing career, Bryan was a four-year starter at George Mason University (2006 – 2009) as a pitcher and outfielder. She was also a four-year starter at Midland Park High School (2002 – 2005), where she received All-State and All-County recognition.
